We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially during peak moving seasons (May-September). However, we often accommodate last-minute moves when possible.

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport hazardous materials including: flammable liquids, compressed gases, firearms, ammunition, perishable food, plants, and pets. Please make separate arrangements for these items.

Yes! We offer a full range of packing supplies including boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and specialty containers for dishes, artwork, and wardrobe. These can be purchased separately or included in our full-service packing option.

All SwiftMove team members complete a rigorous 80-hour training program covering proper lifting techniques, furniture disassembly/reassembly, packing methods, and customer service. We also conduct regular refresher courses and safety training.

While we take every precaution to prevent damage, in the rare case it occurs, we have a straightforward claims process. All moves include basic liability coverage at no extra cost, with options to upgrade to full-value protection.
